Do you make custom orders?
We do not offer wholesale pricing on individual custom pieces, but welcome them on our consumer website at www.houseoffurbaby.com
We do honor wholesale pricing on custom pieces for a minimum 15 piece order of the same style
How do you size?
Please visit our sizing chart page by clicking the Sizing Chart button at the top of the home page.. Our XXS collars fit tiny breeds, puppies, and pets 3 lbs and under. Our XXL collars fit large breeds up to a 22" neck.
For clothing, please follow the size chart closely. Pets are sized differently than humans. Currently, we carry up to 5xl for clothing, which fits up to 120 lbs.
Are you in stores?
We offer our wholesale pricing to select partners, pet stores, and high end pet retailers. By purchasing with our wholesale prices, you agree that you will not resell our merchandise on any third party platforms, including Etsy, Ebay, Alibaba, Amazon, and other 3rd party platforms. We do grant permissions for our products to be sold in retail shops, boutques, and online stores owned or operated directly by the retailer.
Do you allow returns and exchanges?
We allow returns on clothing and collars that are NOT personalized. If you order a personalized item, and it is the wrong size, email us at info@houseoffurbaby.com.
